2.2 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions to our trading indicators:

• Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided, we generally do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
• Access to our indicators will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

2.3 Exceptions for Technical Issues

For group training classes:

• Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the class start date.
• Cancellations made between 2-7 days before the class are eligible for a 50% refund or credit toward a future class.
• No refunds are provided for cancellations less than 48 hours before the class or for failure to attend.
