2. Digital Products and Indicators
2.1 Trial Periods
We offer a 1-week trial period for our trading indicators at a reduced price of $30 USD. This trial allows you to evaluate our indicators before committing to a full subscription. The trial fee is non-refundable as it provides immediate access to our proprietary trading tools.
2.2 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions to our trading indicators:
- Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided, we generally do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
- Access to our indicators will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
2.3 Exceptions for Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical issues with our indicators that render them unusable, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion. To request such a refund:

- Provide detailed information about the technical issues you're experiencing
- Allow our team reasonable time to attempt to resolve the issues
3. Training Services
3.1 One-on-One Training
For one-on-one training sessions:
- Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund or the option to reschedule.
- No refunds are provided for missed sessions without prior notice.
3.2 Group Classes
For group training classes:
- Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the class start date.
- Cancellations made between 2-7 days before the class are eligible for a 50% refund or credit toward a future class.
- No refunds are provided for cancellations less than 48 hours before the class or for failure to attend.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund that falls within our policy guidelines:

- Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for requesting a refund
- For cryptocurrency payments, provide the wallet address where the refund should be sent
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method used.
5. Cryptocurrency Payment Considerations
For payments made via cryptocurrency:
- Refunds will be calculated based on the USD value of the original payment at the time of purchase, not the current cryptocurrency value.
- We are not responsible for any fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
- Transaction fees associated with cryptocurrency refunds may be deducted from the refund amount.
